Wheel Building.
Wheel building is Eccles speciality and he's been at it for quite a few years, 25 to be precise, so is pretty much a 5th dan black belt in the art of wheel building.
Just give Eccles a call on 01842 75525 and talk to him about your requirements for wheels and anything else you think he may be able to help you with.
